Our club was established in 1974. Our colours reflect the county colours of Galway, Clare and Antrim. Brother Moroney and Brother Egan who hailed from Galway and Clare respectively had established our club in the Turf Lodge area of West Belfast. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant, exciting and very successful GAA club. We aim to promote the ethos and values of the GAA in our community. We provide for and promote all codes of the GAA equally as well as promoting the Irish language, Irish history and the culture of our nation. We take great pride in our very strong links with the Upper Springfield community aim to maintain this link forever. We have a fantastic social club that is used regularly by the community, a full size GAA pitch and two of the best handball courts in the country.
